Schertz, Texas

Permanent Lighting for Schertz Homes East of San Antonio

Schertz is a growing suburb along I-35 east of San Antonio. Neighborhood streets, family calendars, and a lot of evenings spent outside.

Where Schertz Is

A Suburb on the I-35 Corridor

Schertz sits northeast of downtown San Antonio on the I-35 corridor, not far from Randolph Air Force Base and the neighboring suburbs of Cibolo and Universal City. It is well within our service radius of about 90 miles.

Much of the housing here is suburban: family homes on neighborhood streets, built in waves as the area has grown. We walk each roofline at the design consult.

Suburban Streets

Even Rooflines, Cul-de-sacs, and Neighbors Nearby

On a typical suburban street, your home sits close enough to neighbors that how it looks at night matters. A color-matched, flush track disappears by day. At night you choose the color, so you can go with a calm warm white or something brighter on holidays.

Because houses are close together, zones are useful. You can keep a front-facing look and a softer side, and use schedules so lights turn off when you choose.

Neighborhood Associations

Check Your Own HOA or Neighborhood Guidelines

Many Schertz neighborhoods have an association, and some do not. Rules vary, so read yours before you decide on colors or run times. Our guide to questions to ask your HOA first helps you build the list.

If your association asks for a description of the product, we can give you plain facts: low-profile, color-matched to the trim, flush mounted, app controlled.

Military Families and Flag Days

Patriotic Colors for the Days That Matter Here

With Randolph Air Force Base nearby, red, white, and blue scenes for Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Veterans Day are among the easiest to save and recall in the app.

A scheduled porch glow also means you come home to a lit house, even after a late shift or a trip.

Heat and Seasons

Summers You Can Plan Around

Summers here are long and hot, and spring can bring storms. The housing is waterproof and anti-UV sealed, and the LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours. Ask us anything specific about your roof at the free design consult.

Between football season, the holidays, and everyday evenings, one install does the work of several sets of seasonal lights, without the ladder.
