Communities We Cover

15 Communities From Alamo Heights to Kerrville

Alamo Heights

Alamo Heights is one of San Antonio's oldest areas. Homes are brick and limestone, on shaded lots. Roofs have simple eaves, an easy fit for our track.

Stone Oak

Stone Oak is a newer area off Highway 281. Homes are stucco with clay tile roofs. Many HOAs here check outdoor lighting, and hip roofs leave little room for clip-on lights.

Boerne

Boerne sits at the edge of Hill Country hail country. Homes are stone, on bigger lots, near a walkable Main Street. Hail risk here runs higher than in the city.

New Braunfels

New Braunfels sits on I-35 between San Antonio and Austin. It has an old German-style downtown and many new subdivisions. Summers here run hot and humid, just like San Antonio.

Schertz

Schertz sits northeast of San Antonio near Randolph Air Force Base. Homes are brick and stone, in HOA neighborhoods. Roofs are simple shingle, easy to fit.

Cibolo

Cibolo has grown fast along FM78 and I-10. Homes are brick and stone with active HOAs. Many roofs use the low-overhang style common in new San Antonio suburbs.

Helotes

Helotes sits at the edge of Hill Country on Bandera Road. It mixes rural land with new homes. Stone ranch houses on big lots are common here.

Fair Oaks Ranch

Fair Oaks Ranch is a gated area. It sits on the Bexar-Kendall line. Homes are custom stone and stucco on rolling land. This community checks outdoor lighting closely. Check your HOA rules first.

Bulverde

Bulverde is a rural Hill Country town on Highway 281. Homes range from stone houses on big lots to new subdivisions. Roofline size and shape vary a lot here.

Seguin

Seguin is a historic river town east of San Antonio on I-10. It has an old brick downtown and new growth nearby. It sits near the edge of our 90-mile service area.

Converse

Converse is an established suburb east of San Antonio near Randolph Air Force Base. Homes are brick ranch houses on older streets. Simple rooflines make for an easy install.

Universal City

Universal City grew up around Randolph Air Force Base. Homes are brick, on shaded, older streets. Most have simple eaves, not the newer hip-roof style.

Castle Hills

Castle Hills is a small city inside Loop 410. Homes are brick, built mid-century, on tree-lined streets. Our trim fits classic brick homes well.

Shavano Park

Shavano Park is a small, wooded area near Loop 1604. Homes sit on large lots with mature trees. We check tree cover and setback during your free design consult.

Kerrville

Kerrville is a Hill Country town about an hour from San Antonio. Homes are stone, popular with retirees, some along the river. It sees as much hail risk as Boerne.
